Returns & Exchanges

In any case of a buyer wishes to return and or exchange the product they have purchased with Buttery Project, here are the following guidelines:

Exchanging the Item due to the ff:

Errors in behalf of the SELLER:

Damages - The buyer must inform Buttery Project and send proof of damage with a clear photo of the damaged product with the tag and packaging within 3 days of receiving the item. The proof will be evaluated by Buttery Project of the legitimacy of the condition of the product as a factory error or an item that has been tampered with within a 24 hour period. Note that if the item has been worn washed or used in any way, the item cannot be replaced. After which Buttery project shall give the approval and a go signal to return the item. The buyer will return the product to Buttery Project via LBC or any preferred courier and send a proof of shipping to Buttery Project. Buttery Project shall be responsible for the shipping fees involved with the return of the damaged item/s as a reimbursement. The buyer shall expect the new item within 14 days upon the seller receiving the damaged item.

Delivery Error – The seller shall ask for the delivered item to be returned and shoulder its shipping expenses. The buyer shall expect the correct item within 14 days upon the seller receiving the wrong package.

Willful exchange from the Buyer –The buyer must place a new order of the correct desired product. The Buyer shall return the product to be exchanged within 7 days of its delivery to the buyer. The buyer will shoulder all shipping fees of this transaction. Once we received the item, we’ll refund the payment within 24 hrs.


Before sending your items back, please contact us to notify us of your intent to return your items. To get in-touch with us, e-mail us at Write your Order ID number and Full name as your subject, and the details of all the item(s) you wish to return and why. Attach a clear photo of the item/s you wish to return.

We will then be able to provide you with the returns address and any other details that will assist you in the steps you need to process a return.
